New to Richmond (west end)

My husband and I just moved here from New Hampshire and was wondering about what Rhicmond has to offer. We live in the west end by short pump. Are there any good places to being a 15 month old? Are there any mom groups in th area that y'all would recommend? And any doctors you would recomnd?  Thanks.
