She had me get some blood test done last week. She said that my progesterone levels weren't as high as she wanted them to be. She said they were in the middle... and then she said that if they don't get higher it may lead to miscarriage which sucks to hear.. My husband didn't like to hear that. So she has me taking the progesterone suppository... not fun. I hope this will help get the levels up. It just sucked hearing her said those words especially after seeing the baby's heart flutter. The tech tried to get sound but nothing. Maybe next time?

i am a sonographer and i know that its really not safe to use a doppler on such a young baby, so it should only be seen at this point, not heard. good luck and i hope things get better for u!

Seeing the heartbeat was a good thing!  It's way too early to hear it though.  Progesterone supplements are kind of icky but they do the job.  GL!
