tax question

the first part of my ML was through our short term dissability, so i know that is incorporated in my W2 from work, but since my 2nd half was pd by the state (NJ) will i get a 2nd W2? i have my HR dept looking into it, but i was wondering if anyone knew...

    I'm pretty sure you would get the second one from the state's disability department.
