I swear, this world is so small.  My OB is my SIL's SIL (she my OB first), took my new DD to a new ENT one day when hers was out sick but she had to be seen ASAP and turns out the ENT went to med school with my BIL and works with my SIL all the time.  My other DD sees an MD for her ADHD med checks and follow up and I didn't like her so on Monday I called the clinic and talked about switching to someone else in the practice (love the practice and everyone else we see there) and they have 3 MD's and an NP on staff - the one MD I don't like, anther is not taking new patients and the 3rd is really crazy hard to get into so we decided to use the highly recommended NP.  We see her in March for the 1st time.  This morning on Facebook I noticed that a friend of mine had posted a birthday message to someone with the very same name as this NP.  I clicked on her profile and sure enough - same person.
