NBR: has anyone sold a camera on CL?

My husband bought me a fancy Nikon point and shoot (the P7000) this summer but I just don't love it and I want to get a panasonic GH2. I've never sold or bought anything like that on CL, is it complicated? He paid $500 but I just looked on Amazon and it's selling for $299 new so I don't even know how much to ask for

I sold my old bridge on CL a few months ago.  I went to ebay to price check (it has been discontinued) and priced it favorably for the buyer.  I think new it was about $400, new (yet still discontinued) on ebay it was $275 and I sold it with all original parts + a case for $150 (I asked for $175).  Keep in mind that it was discontinued and about 3 years old.  I don't know if that even helps you...

electronics that I want a decent deal on, I sell on ebay, not CL.  I build the shipping price into my listing and then just drop it off at the post office once it's sold and the money has cleared.
