car cloths as MF inserts?

I think I might have seen this question on here before, but couldn't find anything by search, so sorry if this is repetitive. I was considering buying MF car cleaning cloths and cutting them in half and using them as inserts. Anyone have experience with this?

Kawaii inserts are cheap, too. Like, 10 for $15.

Whatever you do, keep it off baby's skin directly.

It's worth a try, but I'd say to not rely on it as your only option.  If it doesn't work the way you want it to, you want to have something you can use.

For night time, I stuff a Flip with a Flip stay-dry, a BG infant MF, and a car towel that was cut in thirds.  It's thin enough where it didn't add much volume, but gives me the peace of mind.  Never had a leak, but I wouldn't consider my son a huge wetter either.  I got mine at the $ store, so it was worth a shot

We stuff our BGs with them. I don't cut them, I tri-fold them.

Thanks for asking & the responses... I bought MF towels at the Dollar Store (2/$1) and plan to use them in the fitteds I'm making.
