Any use A D C Pediatrics?

We have a meeting with him next week. He came highly reccomended by my OB, just wanted to cross check with the Bumpies.

We use a different practice normally but we went to their after hours / weekend clinic twice and have really been impressed with those dr's and staff.

That's our pedi and I really like him. He knows his stuff and I don't doubt that he does. I trust his opinion.  He is not a big medicine guy. If he cannot find out exactly which infection you have he won't prescribe an anti-biotic and assume its a virus and to come back in if new symptoms show up. Also never given us or recommended any cough syrup. If the cough isn't affecting sleep and it's a productive cough he rather the cough do its job. I say all this because our parents get frustrated when he doesn't give meds. Our parent were used to going in and getting meds every time we went to the Dr. 

 

I also love ADC's after hours and Urgent care clinic and their on call nurses. From 5-12 you can have a nurse paged to ask any questions you have. They can also make appointments for the next day which I love. I can call Monday at 8 to ask her opinion and then have her make an appt instead of me having to call at 8:01 am to get an appt. you can call a nurse after midnight too but I think they charge. My kids always get sick at 5;01pm Friday and I always call the nurse to make a Saturday appt.  

 I've liked all the dr's we've seen there except one female dr. I dont remember her name since we've only seen her 2x but she  was kinda air headish for my liking.
