My preemie girls have hit term and are definitely awake more often then when they first came home. They're great at feeding together but it's rare they'll be awake at the same time after feedings. Did this happen to you? I'm assuming it's way too early to attempt to keep them awake at only 3 weeks old. Just curious if you had babies on the same feeding schedule who wouldn't keep the same awake and sleep schedule?

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
IIRC, I would get them up to feed at the same time but I would put them back down when they were individually ready. It was awful for awhile there. But we've been on a pretty consistent and together schedule since about 3/4 months old.
Hang in there momma, you can do it!
I'm in the same boat as you. My girls are 4 weeks and I'm a mess because one of them is always awake while one is asleep, even through the night. It is getting better, but I feel like I can't have a minute to myself.
It's nice to see others are dealing with this too. If you find a solution or something that works for you, please LET ME KNOW!
