I haven't spoken to ex Since he tried to get me to keep his job a secret.. Well I guess it's starting to p1ss him off yesterday and he just kept sending text messages about how if I don't treat him like a father he won't be in DS's life.. A few hours later he sends "I honestly do not want a child that doesn't hold my name" 

 I can't believe he said this.. I know he's a pos but how could he say that about this beautiful smart and funny little boy?! He's his son.. I forwarded the screen shot to my lawyer today. It took everything I had not to respond to that. 

My lawyer filed the contempt charges. He included that he withheld information from his lawyer that he was COed to submit. I can't wait until he is served. Fukcer.

I hate when fathers pull that. Even better is when they're confronted with things they've said and their justification is, "Well I was really angry". Or my favorite, "That's not how I meant it.". Um, so how DID you mean it?

Good lord, he's just amazing.  This is why I gave the huge side eye to the happy little co-parenting post a few weeks ago.  A zebra does not change their stripes.  Can you block him?

seriously, what kind of alpha male thing is it that you can't love/care for a kid that doesn't have your name? i understand women are naturally connected to the children and for men they have to make a conscious decision that they're going to love the kid...but ummm you aren't even TRYING to love the kid? you're just standing in the corner like a spoiled brat. ughh men.

anyway, i'm sorry it upsets you, i know how it feels to have someone say something hurtful about your child and all you can do is look at that sweet beautiful face & wonder how they could feel that way.

Wow, what a POS. I can't believe some of the things idiot men try to pull then throw a tizzy when they don't get their way.

I'm sorry you have to deal with a man like that and one who doesn't seem to appreciate his child like he should.

What a complete and total arse. What causes men to act this way? My ex would job hop. Leave a job as soon as the state caught up with him. Eventually, they caught up with him and almost sent him to jail. What did you think would happen when you owe 25K in child support? Did you really think ignoring your daughter would make her disappear? Psh. 

Anyway, good luck, and feel free to rant and net all you want. I think when they get this way, they're trying to gain control of a situation they'll never have control of...and going about it totally wrong. Luckily, it's been my experience that the judge has heard it all and doesn't buy into their BS.
