itchy rash?

Has anyone had an itchy rash after a c section?  I'm wondering if it's related and should I call my OB or my primary physicial or my dermatologist.  It looks like contact dermatitis but I haven't been introduced to any new detergents or soaps and I wash everything that is new for the baby before using. 

My c section was 12/27.  I stopped taking my Demerol on Thursday night and switched to just Tylenol.  Friday morning the rash started.  It's on my hips, waist and upper thighs, but only on the sides of my body.  Today I am 14 days post op and 5 days into the rash.  It is super itchy and driving me bonkers.  I took a Benadryl before bed twice but I don't want to dry up my milk so I'm not taking more.  I'm sure there's not much the Dr can do for it besides Benadryl or possibly steroids, but just would like to know what is causing this.

Did it start on your midsection?  Could be post-partum PUPPPs.

 This but puppps does not have to necessarily start on your midsection.  Either way call the Dr.

My whole stomach was itchy after the c section. I think I was allergic to the benedine (sp). It eventually went away but it took a good 2.5 weeks.
