oh my aching hands

The CT is getting the best of me...my hands tingle round the clock now and I can't avoid lots of typing/writing at work...nothing seems to relieve it anymore...anyone out there have any tips other than tylenol, hot/cold and not typing LOL

Nope, but I'll be watching this thread because all the fingers on my right hand have gone numb... not fun!

I had a completely numb right hand until I bought a brace at shoppers drug mart for $40 and what a difference.  Now only the very tips of my middle and ring finger still tingle a bit but its 99% better.

I wrap with ace at night, that helps.  I did get a prescription for a brace from my doc, but I spent over an hour trying to find a medical supplies place today.  Apparently Walgreen's won't cut it with the insurance companies.
