Question for moms

So I'm not due for another week but I'm at work sitting in these long 9-hour day meetings. Im feeling increasingly uncomfortable today. Did any of you have any pre-labor symptoms or did you just suddenly go into labor? I just really feel like I'm getting close but I can't pinpoint why. Im having some lower pressure and kind of premenstrual feeling but that is it. My worst nightmare is for my water to break in this meeting!

I had bloody show before contrax started with DS.

Water broke without so much as a cramp or twinge. No bloody show or MP either. That's kind of giving me hope this time since I still feel perfectly normal but am running out of patience!

No nothing till they broke my water. Even after 6 hours of pitocin, not a single contraction.

I had my bloody show/mucous plug loss in the morning, my water broke that evening without any painful contractions.  Mostly just crampy feeling and like I needed to go to the bathroom.

Oh and when my water broke it wasn't a huge gush, just felt like I peed myself a bit and was like "ummm I didn't do that".  I had on a pad because of the other stuff and that was sufficient until I got a new one put in right away....so don't stress too much it isn't always like in the movies.

I had contractions, then my water had a slow leak. I honestly went into the hospital too early and wish I would have waited.

The second time I was induced, so I had no signs of labor.

I pretty much had no signs of anything happening until I woke up timing the contractions at 5 to 8 minutes apart.  This time has been very different with signs and symptoms for the last couple of weeks, so it entirely depends on each pregnancy!

I had extremely bad back pain for about a week before, as well as not being able to sleep for more than an hour at a time. My water didn't break or anything beforehand.
