I think we are finally there. I'm curious what others' schedules are. Also do you do snacks in the highchairs? I think we are leaning toward this:
6:45ish wake
7:15 breakfast
9:30 snack
11:30 lunch
12:15-? nap
3:00 ish (whenever they wake) snack

7:20 bed

I tried to keep them and do a nap after lunch, but I had to fight to keep the awake from 11-12 (which would be lunch time) so, atm we are doing nap before lunch. Eventually, I aspire to schedule more in line with how your day goes. Also, my boys are almost 16 months now, and IF we have a later evening outing I definitely lay them down 10-12, do lunch,snackat 3pm and then lay them down again from 3:30/4pm-5pm and do dinner after a short 2nd nap. Otherwise they are falling apart by 7pm

Your schedule looks identical to ours, except my kiddos go to bed for the night an hour earlier- probably b/c their one nap isn't super long. And yes, we do snacks in high chairs.
7ish - wake
7:30 - breakfast
10:45-11 Lunch
1130-12ish Start nap
Nap is anywhere from 30 minutes (FML) to 3 hours
Snack after nap
6pm Dinner
7-7:15ish - Bed
We've always done snacks in high chairs. Once they started holding their own bottles well in their high chairs, we moved to having all meals in there. Less messy for me
Yeah, I got an hour and fifteen today and I felt that way!
8 am - wake and milk
9 am - breakfast (may have a snack like grapes around 11)
12:30 - lunch
1:00- 4:00 - nap
4:00 - wake and snack
6:30 - dinner
7:30 - start bed time routine, in cribs around 7:45, asleep by 8
6:45 wake up
7:00 breakfast
9:30 snack
11:30 lunch
12:30-3 nap
3:15 snack
6:00 dinner
7:15 in bed
So, pretty similar to yours. On weekends they wake up a little later around 7:30, so we squeeze the morning schedule a bit but they're down for nap by 12:45 or 1.
we are on our way to one nap...though most days we are still on two, we're working on it.
