Bed rail question

Has anyone found a good bed rail for platform beds? There is one on amazon but reviewers say it isn't good for bed with slats. Any suggestions?

    I have the extra long regalo rail for DD1's bed with slats.  It works beautifully.

    How does it fit into the sides of the bed? It seems like there wouldn't be room for the tubes and hinge between the mattress and the sides of the bed frame.
