Also, have you considered the double-L spelling? You'd have the option of Millie as a nn, which I think is adorable.

I agree. A one-syllable middle name will sound really nice with this, and Marie seems to fit very nicely.

I like Camila Rose, but that may be too floral for you. It was one of the names we were tossing around before we knew LO was a boy.

I love Camila and was always a top contender for us but ultimately didn't love with our ln.. I'm partial but I think Camila Tess sounds really pretty
