I weighed myself every week since Thanksgiving. Very surprised that my weight has only fluctuated within 3 pounds. I thought I ate a lot over all of the holidays! Well, anyway I decided to hop on the scale at the gym and it said I was four more pounds then I thought I was.
I have a digital scale and the gym as the balance scale. Is there really that big of a difference? Which type of scale do you think is more accurate??
