Sitting all day at work

I sit all day at work due to my position (receptionist) and I have noticed that is puts so much pressure on my belly. I try to get up and walk as much as possible, but because of the high call volume, I can't leave my desk very often, and it makes me stomach hurt so bad. I'm supposed to take leave in the 20th which is only 11 days away. But I am thinking about leaving early. I don't want the tight, painful feeling on the baby....

Can you stand to answer the phone or bring in an exercise ball?  i had to switch out my chair this week and I get up and walk the office every 20 minutes.  I feel for ya!!
