Confession Time

I may or may not have diapered a stuffed monkey yesterday.  Not sure if this is a sign of baby fever (got it, that's for sure) or CD compulsion (also likely).

    dude, every time I get a new diaper I try it out on my stuffed bunny. It's good practice! and it helps DH to see how each different diaper works.

    I totally would've done the same thing if we had any CDs before LO came along. I did wear a stuffed bear around the house in my baby k'tan before DD was born, that was fun. :)

    I totally did that with a teddy bear once I started trying to figure out what size to adjust the one size diapers to. I also enjoyed it probably a bit too much! The bear looked super cute!

    hahaha my teddy has had one on since i got my first shipment (DH loves it) hahaha

    Trying to Conceive since Aug 2011
    Diagnosed with severe male factor IF we got no swimmers
    First dIUI Dec 7 2012 = BFN
    Second dIUI Jan 9 2013 = BFN
    Third dIUI with clomid 50mg Feb 5 2013
    Forth dIUI with clomid 100mg dIUI Early March

    We've definately been diapering a stuffed bunny for practice.  We call him our bunny baby.  I've joked that we should start diapering the cat for some practice diapering an extra squirmy baby. :P

    Oh goodness, I do this with every type diaper we have. DH is visual, so it helped to explain prefolds vs fitteds vs AIOs etc. 

    I also wore a pillow in my Baby K'Tan to test it out :)

    I was cracking up that so many of us have done this but you take the cake!  I'll admit that I thought about it, though.  I figured I had to wait until I had bigger dipes to try it. lol!

    We have a stuffed bull dog from Ikea that's worn many a diapers for practice, ha :)

    ETA: And there was one time we put a diaper on our actual bull dog. She was not amused. DH wore her in the Ergo once too haha.

    Yeah so NB dipes plus 50 lb dog equals part of the massive fail.....

    DH tried out a new BG 4.0 on our dog (24 lbs). Just the 1 minute trial got a lot of dog hair stuck in the velcro. Now I'm thinking we may be using more snaps, not that we plan on diapering the dog.
