Ugh my stomach looks like I lost a ton of weight and never got the surgery for the loose skin. Plus theres a hard spot and its super dry. 

 

Anyone else have this?

Yeah, but you're only 3 weeks PP so you need to give yourself time! It took your skin 9 months to stretch out, expect it to take awhile to bounce back! And this is not just a c-section phenomenon, it's happens either way!

I lost the weight pretty quickly after my c-section but it took a while for my skin to go back to normal. And I got tons of stretch marks, so it was definitely a new normal!

The hard spot you have might be scar tissue. I have a "pooch" just above my scar that I just learned is scar tissue.. My mom said with all her c-secs they would remove that and pull the skin down a little further tightening it just a bit. Hoping they do that for me!
