I am having a hard time finding a work out routine that keeps me interested and is a quicker routine to lose my post baby weight. My LO keeps me busy for the majority of the day so I need a routine that doesn't take a half hour but something that is also effective. I have post yoga dvds, but I am not sure if that is doing all I would like. If any one knows of routines that will work each part of the body please let me know. Thanks!!!
