Prepping wet bags?

I am planning on using Planet Wise wet bags with my diaper bag and Rumparooz wet bags instead of a diaper pail. Do I have to do any prepping on these bags or can I just start using them? I know with PUL covers you have to wash them and dry them to seal them, so I wasn't sure if I have to do any sealing with the wet bags.

    I have always washed and dried to seal the PUL after I used them the first time with no problems. After the first wash and dry I usually hang dry.
