Hi! I am 30 weeks pregnant and still running/lifting/cardio 6 days a week. ( I have always been a workout fanatic)
However now I can feel it getting harder both physically ( I am up to 9 or 9:30 min miles) but more mentally.
I have a bump, yet it doesnt scream "she is prego bump" almost looks like a beer gut or something and I feel very self consious about getting weird looks at the gym..did anyone experience this?

I ran up until I was induced and was at the gym the day before but I never got any weird looks from anyone.
I'm not sure what kind of motivation you're looking for though. I kept up running and going to the gym because I didn't have a reason not to. I felt fine, I never had any pregnancy fatigue, I had a really easy pregnancy- there was nothing keeping me from going. I also worked up until the day I was induced.
I'm a big proponent of listening to your body because each of us is different. If yours is telling you to slow down, then comparing yourself to others isn't really in your best interest.
If you can get past the mental block then don't worry about anyone else. You know your limits & what you can handle. I had to switch up my routines a lot to keep myself motivated to keep working out. Try something new!
I got a lot of looks even though I didn't get very big either. I had someone tell me I shouldn't be swinging the kettle bells because it wasn't safe. I just told them I knew what I was doing and continued my work out.
