Finally! Getting things done at the last minute.

I finally managed to wrangle a car seat inspection out of the police department.  I marched (well, waddled) my pregnant self into the police department and told the man what I needed.  He found an officer who could be there within the hour, so I took an appointment.  So, our car seat is now securely installed.  Just in time, too.  I am going to stay with my parents who live much closer to my doc and the hospital I'm delivering at a bit early, as I've been having pains.  My doctor's appointment was on Friday, anyhow, so I'm just going to stay there, since he thinks I don't have much longer.  They don't have internet access at their house, so next time I post on here baby Irene will have made her way into the world.  I guess I'll see you all on 0-6 months!
