I noticed JT's feet touch the chair back (with shoes on). I just tried to change the recline position and having him lay at the greatest recline gives the most leg room (which is where he was anyway - 45 degree angle). So my only option is then to FF??? Already???
I have a Britax Marathon 70 I should add. They do inspections on Thursday so I can shoot over there but I'm wondering if any of you have noticed the same thing. I don't know how tall he is (appointment on Wednesday) but he's average I would say (maybe 31 inches or so if I had to guess based on prior lengths).
Re: Car Seats
I believe that in that case he is supposed to sit with his legs bent at the knee, like this kid:
Googled it and found this site:
https://www.research.chop.edu/programs/carseat/infant.php#6
That says this:
"Don't be concerned if your child's legs bend at the knees or touch the back seat of the can when rear facing. This will not harm her feet or knees."
She does, but I don't think they look uncomfortable. We didn't turn Aiden until 2 years and he was 36 inches tall. Emily's feet rest on the seat too. Sometimes when we take long trips I wish there was a place on the passenger side for me to put my feet up too
