I like ripped in 30 better than 30ds. I lost my 35-lb of baby weight with RI30. I alternate with weeks of levels 2-4. I went to a bootcamp this morning and was amazed how well I could keep up and that many of the exercises were the same as are in RI30. I recommend it to all my friends who have little time to workout. I typically do it 4-5x/wk.
Most of the 10 minute solution DVDs are good, and nice to mix up. They have usually 5-6 different 10 minute sections. I normally do 2 or 3 of them together at a time for 20 or 30 minute workout. I also highly recommend Ana caban's Pilates ab workout. It is 25 minutes and intense. It works wonders, truthfully.

You don't have to do just 10 minutes. It is so awesome; I think there is 50 minutes worth of workouts.
I did 20 minutes of this today! You are right, there are five 10 minute sessions. I love that I can do the whole thing, or if I'm crunched for time, only 20 minutes! I own the Pilates 10 minute Solution, which is awesome as well.
