AHHH! I forgot to take my Estradiol...WWYD? update

I was running late this morning and rushed out the door. When I was half way to work (which is 20 min away) I realized I forgotten to take my pill. I am on 1mg 3 times a day and just finished my last Clomid pill last night. What should I do? My pharmacist said to call my doctor and am waiting to hear back from them. Of course they close at 3 today, so I'm looking for some advice because of course I'm freaking out.

 

I probably shouldn't double up this afternoon, but should I still try to get all 3 doses in today?

*A nurse finally called me back and told me just to skip the dose and it should still be fine as it should still be in my system. Phew!  Thanks for the advice.

What time was the dose you missed suppose to be taken? What time is your next dose normally taken?

I missed the 7am and take the next around 3:30 and then the last one right before bed.

If you don't have the tab with you (or you would have taken it already), do not take 2 when you get home at 3:30. Just skip the dose and continue as normal. Don't stress too badly. Estradiol has a really long half life so there should be enough in your system to compensate this time- just don't make it a habit!*
