Carrot poop O_0

Um, I had no idea that LO's poop would be so darn orange.  Anyone else run into funky colored poop from solids?  I am trying to prepare myself better for next time, ha.

I don't know what it's from, but this morning I thought his poop was gray, and DH said it was a weird green when I called him in to look at it.  Last time he had bananas he had black pepper like flecks, and he had bananas yesterday but this wasn't flecks, it was just odd!

LOL so gross!!! Keep an eye on LO's bum, mine got a bad diaper rash from carrots (I thought it was teething until I read a post on here, I cut the carrots out and the rash went away).  My favorite LO poop is post-peaches lol

Oh man, I used to freak out about the color of his poops before and now I am sure I will keep Googling images.  Oiy.

I also just saw the thread below about blueberry poop.  Eek!

Yeah carrot poop is weird! DD actually gets a rash from eating carrots. Her little bum gets all red :-( So we are holding off on carrot puree for awhile, but we let her gnaw on raw carrots and that seems to be ok, probably because she doesn't eat that much.

Thanks for the rash tip!  I did notice a little red ring around his bum hole this morning.  We're on day 3 of carrots so maybe I will move on to another food sooner than I planned.
