I know it's not a big deal, but would it be better to take one tonight or skip a day? Of I took it today, it was around 9:00 this morning.

Your baby will be okay without one (or like PP said a week). I often forget if I take it, so usually it's in DH's hands and he gives it to me daily...I think I had forgotten like 4 days in a row, then was like "uhhh...did I take those?"

But like PP said, you can also OD on vitamins. Now it doesn't seem like 2 vitamins would do that, but if you look it up some of the vitamins your taking are 150%-200% your daily need intake...so your already taking a high dose of them, you don't really need anymore. Your body can also store extras (although most is wasted through BM/Urine), so you'll be fine without one.

I do this from time to time too. Better to skip than take two. :-)

Just skip it. The extra iron will probably constipate you if you already took it! lol One day is not a big deal :-)

I did this last week.  I agree with everyone else...skip it and make sure to take one tomorrow.
