New to This Board in Winston-Salem

Hello, all! I have lurked over here a couple of times but this is my first post. DH and I are both 37, married last year and expecting our first (for both of us) in May 2012. We just had our a/s scan yesterday afternoon and our baby girl is doing great. Her name is Avery Elizabeth and daddy is so on cloud nine. He posted it on facebook this morning with a song that made me cry. It is the song at the end of the movie "Knocked Up" which we saw on our first date 4 years ago.

Welcome and congrats! I am mostly a lurker myself, but wanted to say hello.   I love your little girl's name and glad you and her daddy are so excited!  I live near WS and hubby and I are about your age.  We have a 13 month old and a baby on the way.  We don't know yet if the new baby is a boy or a girl.  I'm just over 14 weeks, so we have a few weeks before we find out.

Thanks for the welcome! Due to our age and a previous loss for each of us before we met, we were (and still kind of are) holding our breath on how healthy she would be. We live on the North side of WS almost in Pfafftown/Lewisville.
