I just have to AW myself and say that I dragged my a$$ out of bed at 4:45 this morning to workout before Liana woke up, so that I could fit it in before work. I skipped yesterday because I was so exhausted by the end of the day and I didn't want to fall off the wagon so early so I forced myself to get up and do the 30 DS And I am SO happy that it is done and over with for the day! And as a bonus, working out in the morning motivates me to eat good cause I don't want to undo my 4:45am workout! So, I am rewarding myself by spending my planning period on the bump rather than correcting papers -- less fattening that stopping at Tim hortons for a snack, lol.
So my challenge to the rest of you lovely ladies is to find SOME way to fit some exercise into your day today, no matter how small. If you csnt go to the gum or do a video, get creative and do 25 crunches during comercials of TV time, do some lunges/squats while holding LO, find some stairs and do some reps up and down...it's only 2:00 so you still have lots of time to fit something in. Do it! And report back what you did today. No excuses!

Great idea though, I'll see what I can fit in after DH gets home!
i would love to get up and get a workout in before my shower and i get ready for work, i'll be done for the day and that will make me less guilty and i know i'll feel better too but..... i just can't do it!
i suppose i need to stop dilly-dallying after M goes to sleep and get myself in bed at a decent hour (now i know where he get's his stalling techniques from lol)
maybe you should call me tomorrow at 5 am???
I love this and too wish that it were more realistic. I know that if you do something long enough it will happen but I have started it so often that I know I won't stick to it long enough.
I have asked DH to walk with me on campus a few times a week. We have lunch together just about every day and this will be helpful to get us both moving.
My exercise tonight is work... I really think of LOFT as a bit of a work out. I take so many steps on a shift and it is is busy I never stop moving for 3 hours. No it isn't a run but at this point... I will take all the movement I can get.
I'm not a HLG today. I was up way too late last night and 5:30 wasn't happening this morning. I also had some M&Ms. I may try to do some workout when I get home from tutoring around 9. I have been really good about working out lately so I am
Not going to beat myself up over one bad day. Get back on the horse tomorrow. For those who need a way to make it easier to get to the gym or up in the morning, I often wear my workout clothes to bed. This way im ready come morning.
