Does my baby have a hook nose?

Okay, totally stupid post...but I am so worried that my baby has a hook nose. Here are some ultrasound pics. At 11 weeks he had a rather large nose, then at 20 weeks it was a cute button nose, but today at 32 weeks his nose looks curved down. My DH says that his nose is fine and that it is just squished on my placenta (it is an anterior placenta and the doctor even said babies like to snuggle right up against it)

Anyway, is his nose okay? I know I shouldn't be worried about this and that all babies are born with little button noses...and that no matter what I will love him...but I can't help but worry

Any insight?

The pics are in order at 11 weeks, 20 weeks, and then the 2 from today at 32 weeks.

don't you worry! pretty sure he's not going to come out with a penelope nose. he looks adorable to me! also- my hubs has a big nose, and i love him all the more for it. (not that that really helps you... but...)

My pictures look the same!  The ultrasound tech promised me that the baby does not have a hook nose. She said it's due to either movement while the picture is taken or being squished on the uterus wall.

lol!! He's gonna come out just fine, don't worry... And a lot of babies appear to have big noses (i thought mine did, too), but even if so, he'll grow into it! He won't be a freak, don't worry Momma!

I agree with the PPs; it just looks a little squished. Nothing to worry about!

In one of the shots we have of my LO, it looks like he/she has a huge beak nose, like Severus Snape from Harry Potter! I think it's just the angle they were at when the pic was taken, haha.

no - atleast not from what I can tell in these pics. Sometimes baby will move or there will be some issue with how the waves help capture what is really there. look at pics 2 and 3 in particular - baby has a button note in there and in pics 1 - a more defined nose, with a less distinguishable shape in #4. Your baby is absolutely beautiful. Our kids are destined to have large noses - DH and I have them! I always remind DH that a large nose is a sign of intelligence in France.... cue jokes about France lol. Even with our genes though, our children still have those adorable little button noses. Maybe they'll defy genetics altogether! But no, seriously, your baby is beautiful and precious! That's just a wacky sonogram machine in #4

Honestly I have no idea what your baby's nose is going to look like- sorry! But don't worry, if yours comes out with a hook nose then mine is going to come out looking like an actual monkey because that's seriously what she looked like on the 31 week ultrasound I had. It was scary.
