wage garnishment ordered!

CSE doesn't play around anymore! Ex missed his payments for 11/1, 12/1 and 12/8 wage garnishment was ordered! It will start this month sometime. I'm not sure if Ex's employer already told him, but on Friday Ex had texted me saying he sent in a partial payment. So glad I'm going to finally start receiving some c/s, but by the time I get it I'll be rolling in my tax refund money so it'll just be put into savings

Lucky!  I wish there were wages to garnish in my case!  We're coming up on another 6 months of nonpayment and my CS officer doesn't think the prosecuting attny's office will accept our case again since exH last time earned himself a bench warrant for not showing up last time.  Ugh, he dodges the freaking system EVERY TIME.  I'm so fed up!

I will never stop saying it, wage garnishment is a beautiful thing. It just stops the drama and somewhat takes away the power they feel when they hand you the payments directly.
