once we take a bottle of formula out of the fridge to warm, how long is it good? We are supplementing with formula but sometimes they fall asleep while its warming so I prefer to just wait til they are up and hungry again but how long can I safely leave a bottle that has been warmed out? How safe is it to rewarm it after a while? Our twins are 9wks old and we are using enfamil infant mixed with sterile water. TIA

This too.
All the formula I have says 24 hours but otherwise the same but OP I'm not sure how/if warming it changes that as we don't warm it but I wouldn't let it sit more than 1-2 hours max and I wouldn't rewarm it.
If its been made and refrigerated without feeding it my son then I will store it for up to 48 hours. If he's eaten on it then I give it up to 2 hours back in the fridge before I'll throw it out. For me it would depend on what "warm" is...generally speaking anything thats been warmed will begin growing bacteria immediately but IMO if its been drank out of then I'll toss it after 30 mins if DS doesn't want it. If not, then back in the fridge it goes. We saved formula following my *guidelines* with SD and never had issues with her getting sick. of course she also stuck other gross things in her mouth and is still alive so I don't think that children are as delicate as we'd like to believe...
