Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My 13 month old does not sleep through the night. She hasn't more than a handful of times since birth. We put her to bed around 9:00 or 9:30 and give her 6 ounces of milk at bedtime. For some reason she is always up between 3 and 5am. If you have had this, is there any tricks for fixing it? Or will she just eventually outgrow it? Thanks.
Re: One year old not sleeping
DS was nursing about every 3 hours all night at that age. Does that help or hurt
I eventually nightweaned (stopped nursing him at night) but closer to age 2. Then he STTN (in our bed). Then we moved him to his own bed and now he comes into us halfway through the night. That's fine though.
What do you do when she wakes up? What does she need?
She will outrgow it anyway for sure. They all do.
