step-parenting

I understand most of you have children together but i am curious if anyone on here has blended two families.  We were married and have wide range of ages in our children 6-24 years old.

I have an adult step-daughter. My wife adopted her (by herself, not with a partner) long before we met. She was 16 or so when my wife and I got together; she's in her early 20s now. We also have 2 kids of our own (21-month-old twins).
