What does HLG stand for? I mean... I get the gist of it from the posts, but what does it stand for? Healthy Living Group? Healthy Loss Group? I'm lost. Also... Is this just like a weekly check in? Daily check in? Or do you actually meet up? I'm very curious.

It stands for Heathy Living Girls....I think Nikcole made it up???? And it's basically just a checkin/support group type thing.. A thread to whine about how hard it is to lose the chub, share successes and failures, recipes, exercise tips etc. Anyone can start a post whenever they want.

You don't have to be losing weight to chime in. If you have anything to talk about related to being healthy, pregnant or not , go for it!
