I think my homemade detergent is giving her a rash I do a cold rinse, hot wash with detergent, then a hot rinse all on super load and she gets real red about 24hrs after cloths are used (ie: Tuesday cloth all day but then Wednesday she has to go to disposable because of school and mid way through day after they record theyve changed her every two hours) she gets very red from front to back. She gets better the next day when shes still in disposable but then goes back to the redness once Friday night rolls around after cloth so Im starting to think its the detergent.

 Anyone experience this? Ive tried butt spray/creme and it doesnt help. Whats the best store bought detergent that most like? Thanks!

I would try an extra rinse or two, it may just be residue that is lingerimg behind.  Which can happen with any detergent.  Most popular store bought is Tide Ultra

You'll have better luck with cold rinses, than with a hot one. You could also try using less detergent to make sure you don't have any residue. If you switch detergent and than the rash goes away, you'll know the culprit.

Use less (1 tablespoon should be good), double rinse.
