So pissed!

Tuesdays are DH's day off since he works Saturdays so he keeps LO home with him. He was supposed to take the dog to the vet today and I got a groupon for a massage that I scheduled for today after work since he would have LO. One of his employees just called out so he has to go into work all day and won't be home until around 8 so no vet and I lose my groupon since I didn't give 24 hours notice for cancelation. Sorry for the vent, I'm having a pity party.

I think we all need some time to ourselves every once in a while so don't feel bad about being disappointed!

Thanks, I feel bad for being so upset but this was the first time since LO was born that I was doing something for myself. Purduemama- love the new siggy!

Ugh I would be so mad, loosing money and a massage.  I would be even madder that I could not be mad at DH b/c it isn't his fault.

No we have no family and all our friends work or live far.

I would be really frustrated too! Especially about the lost groupon. Maybe if you call and explain that your husband unexpectedly got called into work and you have no one to watch your baby they'll take pity on you and let you reschedule. I've found people are pretty forgiving of moms with young babies.

They are letting me reschedule I may not have to becaus I found a friend who can watch him, I'm trying to get a hold of them to see if I can still come in !
