Anyone else worried about leaking fluid?

I have already read some previous posts on this, but my panty liners can be pretty damp at times.  Not sure if it is sweat/urine/amniotic fluid.  Does anyone else have experience with this or have an info on amniotic fluid?  I am such a paranoid pregnant lady.

Yes. I'm extremely paranoid about it. If you are really worried call your doctor. They can do a quick and painless cervical swab to test for amniotic fluid. It's totally worth it for peace of mind.

Just lurking from Toddlers, but if you're concerned about it, smell it. I know that sounds gross, but amniotic fluid has a distinct smell to it (kinda smells like semen actually). My water broke with DD and there was no mistaking the smell of it for urine.

I wear panty liners everyday since whenever I sneeze, I leak. But no, have never been worried about it being anything more than pee. I'm sure you are fine.

When your water breaks, you will know. Trust me.

Uh-oh... several weeks ago, I had some fluid that did have that smell (yes, with my history of mc's, I'm a chronic toilet paper examiner).... but at my last ultrasound at 21 weeks, they said my amniotic fluid was fine (and I haven't had that since)... is it possible to leak some just for one day but then not to leak any more?? (and no, it wasn't semen I was smelling... DH hadn't gotten any action for days!!!)

It is VERY rare to leak amniotic fluid, and if you do, it'll SOAK through your underwear/pants/panty liner. It won't come & go. Also, you'd notice more of a flow after laying down for a while.

You will have a lot of discharge. I used to "sniss" with my last pregnancy (sneeze and pee a little) UGH< not looking forward to that again...

Vaginal discharge is VERY common and nothing to worry about.

One thing women don't talk about before you get pregnant is the insane amount of discharge you will have throughout the entire pregnancy.  It is very thin/wet and totally normal to have a couple of gushes every day.  I still run/jog and without fail, as soon as I start running I will have a gush.  It just comes with the territory.  It is whitish/clear.  Amniotic fluid is the exact consistency of water and if you were leaking it ( I did at the end of my first pregnancy) it would drip out of you like a faucet or run down your leg like water.
