Belly bandit?

Anyone using a belly bandit that had a csection? I am thinking that I probably can't use one because it will interfere with my scar but I have read where other people are. I still have not fully deflated PP (only two weeks out) and would love to see what my belly really looks like.

I used one for my last and it was amazing. The key is to put it slightly below the scar which can be kind of hard. You don't want it above the scar because then it can pull it apart. I would probably wait until 4-6 weeks to use it. I think I waited until about 8 but I can't really remember.

I actually wear one at night only when I'm sleeping. It really helps me get out of bed without pulling anything. I wear it over my pj's and wear it low below the scar. I also can only put it on lying down - lol.

HI, I came across a nice panty from Cezara that can be used throughout pregnancy and then afterwards to help with C- sections. Very soft and comfortable, found it on a site called True Baby Love   ww.truebabylove.com  Hope this helps!

i just bought an abdominal binder off amazon and it helped a lot.

I started wearing a binder a few hours after the surgery. I didn't wear it to help my shape, but to help provide support to my back from the lack of muscles.

that thing was my best friend for a long time! it helped hold me in and really helped when moving around. i reccomend it to anyone who posts about it on here!

This. One of the nurses in the hospital got one for me from their supplies. I wore it in the hospital and for many days after at home.
