Good adult game recs?

I am looking to get a board game for BIL/SIL. They LOVE to play games. Any suggestions for ones you have played you love?

Ones I know they have that we have played recently: Quelf, Cranium, Wits & Wagers, Carcassone....

my sister asked for Apples to Apples for Christmas. We played it for a few hours that day, and then 2 others of us ended up buying it ourselves later in the week for other get-togethers. We all loved it!

Our usual go-to game is Taboo. It's been a favorite for years!

My family loves taboo and last word. They're exciting enough for adults but older kids can play it too. We played taboo on NYE at my sister's and we all had a blast.
