Do you recognize this outfit

My sis got this for LO but it is too big.  She does not have a gift reciept and she cant remember where she got it.  Can you tell me if you have seen this anywhere in store.  I want to see if I can do an exchange.  Thanks!

This. I bought an outfit at a carters outlet mall about an hour away from me and instead of driving all that way to return/exchange it I took it to Kohls and got store credit.

99% sure it's a carter's outfit, as a former Kohl's employee (it's been like 6 years) they take back almost anything, even if they don't sell it.  But I'm pretty sure I saw that at Kohl's when we x-mas shopping.
