Morgan still has quite a bit of difficulty with suck/swallow, but she seems to be hating on bottles lately. In an effort to keep her from losing more weight I thought I would try a sippy. Peyton just has the take and toss or cups with straws because of her high tone we always used straw cups when she was younger.
Is their a sippy that's better for preemies to start out with? I really hate to drop a ton of money and buy 1 of all of them if there is one that has a better chance of working for us.
Thanks so much!

Re: Advice on Starter Sippy
I think you'll get a variety of answers on this one. We have tried several:
NUBY-these are our favorites, DD can't figure out how to lift and tilt but if we help her, she does a good job drinking out of them
NUBY straw cup--she does ok with this but it frustrates her pretty quickly. I think the straw is too small compared to the breast or the bottle for her
Playtex straw cup--no luck at all, she pretty much just likes to throw this one off her tray
Good luck!
