NEED SLEEP!

Happy New Year!

 I am at a loss at to what to do with my DD.  She has such a sensitive stomach that it keeps her up and fussing and screaming and crying.. Normally I can get her to calm down when she lays with me to go to sleep at night.. but last night she would not have it.  I guess finally at 2am my DH was able to get her to sleep after another feeding... 

We have tried EVERYTHING that I know of.

- gas drops

- switching formula (she is on BM and formula ~ I dont produce enough to be exclusive BM) she was on neosure.. started to really get to her ~ so took her off and did just BM for 4-5days (all i did was be a slave to the pump to feed her!) then tried goodstart (not sure if that was any better since she is so fussy!) then tried Alimentum.. disaster! she spit it up and up and up and wouldnt eat a lot of it due to the taste.

- rubbing her tummy and tummy oil

- happi tummi heating pad

- we have watched and tried to do all the techniques on Happiest baby on the block... I have shushed that child till Im blue in the face!

what next? Any suggestions?  she is 7 weeks old but 3wks based on due date

Have you looked at your diet and eliminated things that could be causing an upset tummy?   I would start with eliminating milk, if you haven't already. 

Also have you tried Gripe Water?  That might work better than regular gas drops.

Yah I stay away from diary.. have been for a few weeks now and we give her gripe water for hiccups.. i will try it for the tummy as well.
