Boogie Wipes?

I just bought a clorox-wipes-style canister of Boogie Wipes at Target. Got them home, opened the top and there is no hygienic/safety seal on them. The wipes look normal--not unraveled at all, so I don't think they've been used or anything.

I feel like I should bring them back and exchange them for a sealed one, but I don't want to make the trip back over to Target only to find out that they just don't come with a seal. Is it missing, or do they just not come sealed?

    What?  There's an enormous canister of Boogie Wipes at Target?  Why have I been getting the tiny packs at BRU for the last 15 months?   Doh!

    That seems strange for the obvious safety concerns but also b/c those type of things tend to always be sealed air tight so they don't dry out.  Odd.

    They're easier on the nose than a dry tissue, so good to use when LO has a bad cold so they don't get a sore nose from all the wiping. Also, they're scented. I imagine this is to make the wiping experience more enjoyable for LO, but S still acts like I'm torturing him either way, so your mileage may vary.
