Adoption happiness

My friend just got to take home her new newborn son! I know she has had one adoption fall through already, and so this was extra sweet! I felt a little jealous this morning that she gets to hold him and love on him while I feel like a beached whale, but I know she has gone through pain of a different kind. Another friend is adopting a baby that is due a week after me! Can't wait to see all of these babies in loving homes, and proud of the mamas that made this hard choice.
