alright, what the heck is the weird pain/feeling

I feel like baby is headbutting my pelvis, but sometimes it's a sharp throbbing pain. Usually it's just annoying, but when it's sharp, it's a little worrisome.

Is this lightning crotch? I didn't have that with H so this feeling is all new.

    I believe so my love! I was explained that it is your pelvis muscles getting ready for the baby. I didn't have it with E but most definitely did with L.

    I totally felt that w/ DD#1 near the end.  I told DH it always felt like she was pushing off w/ her feet and ramming her head into my pelvis/cervix/tail bone area.  It would catch me off guard a lot and I'd gasp, freaking out DH.
