Name poll- help me chose between top 2!

I know these are annoying!  We've had our minds set on Carter (my mom's maiden name) since our 20w appt and really haven't looked at other names b/c we've been so busy.  Jack was going to be the middle name after my Grandpa. 

But 2 days ago DH was saying he likes the name Jack better and wants to switch the names places.  I really like the name Jack for a first name, too, and I like the significance of honoring my Grandpa whose wife (my grandma) passed away last March. 

His initials would either be JCAF or CJAF. So which should come first? Jack or Carter?

I love love love Carter! I wanted to use it if we had a boy this time but it's a girl. Jack is alright but it reminds me of all these boys that people are naming Jackson. Carter is unique I would go with that!
