Thanks so much for your advice in my Ferber post below.
I've seen a few of your posts re: your own Ferber journey. As far as I recall, you were trying to space out feeds as well, right?
Was just wondering how things were going at this point! How long have you been working with LO? Were you able to make any progress?
Just curious!

I don't claim to be an expert, but I know how sad it can be to just want some help or company and have a post with no replies.
The night feed spacing has had ups and downs... the thing about my baby seems to be that one night of feeding him often creates a habit just like that. We did Ferber for bedtime around 6 months, and that's still okay, but we only had 5 nights to try the overnight training (my house is again full of guests for another 2 weeks) so we gave up for now. Honestly... we didn't get that far. It maybe cut it down from 7 or 8 wakings to 5 or 6.
For now, I'm reading No Cry Sleep Solution because I can do that with a houseful. Last night, he was up 6 times (but only 4 after I went to bed) and was only up for 5 minutes or less per time... so that's good. I think? I feel okay, so I always take that as a good night.

That's awesome. Both of our little guys wake up so much usually that I'm right there with you on feeling like ANYTHING less than several wakings is progress. Good luck to you!
TheBump ate my profile. Oh well. New and improved.
