I EBF DD on demand usually every 2-3 hrs. Most of the time she feeds on both sides. I pump once a day (to build up a freezer stash) during her one morning nap that lasts 4-5hrs. I always get 2-3x as much milk on the left side than the right. Is this something I can fix if so how? Or is it not a big deal? My breasts don't look lopsided.

Most women have a "stud" and a "dud" - it's normal and nothing to worry about. My left leaks more and sprays faster but my right is always slightly bigger - go figure!
I have a sad side and a super side. I always feed LO on the sad side first, then switch. My sad side doesn't respond to my pump well either - I get less than 1oz from that side, while I can get 4oz on the super side. As long as my super side can keep up with my LO, I'm fine. They don't look lopsided, and if they are, no one should be looking. ;-)
